Independent Contractor's Agreement
Get It Down on Paper! We've all heard that one before, haven't we? Well, that's especially good advice if you're an independent contractor. Defining those details on paper is essential when it comes time to closing the deal on a contracted job!
Writing and signing independent contractor agreements only makes the sailing smoother between you and your clients. You'll avoid confusion and misunderstandings on the "little things" like who's paying for expenses and what the deadline is for a job -- All the cards are out on the table, and that's smart biz. Be sure to modify and specify each section to clarify your specific needs.
